At the time of writing there was only one home for sale in Headland Park under $480,000.
In 2007 of the 42 homes sold once again 80% or 34 homes were purchased by owner occupiers looking to move into the area.
The average price of home sold in Headland Park in 2007 was $504,833, an increase of 11.81% on the figures shown for 2006 sales. This growth is particularly relevant when compared to other areas that showed very little growth, Maroochydore for example showed a rate of just under 4% for the same period whilst Mooloolaba recorded similar figures.
