The Maroochydore Unit market has gathered considerable momentum throughout the 2006 calendar year to the point today where we are again in a very strong market with buyer demands for key locations and specific buyer requirements i.e. pet friendly buildings or owner occupier specific buildings being the key driving factors at the present time.
