Trafalgar Towers has been very tightly held in comparison and when available have attracted very strong prices from the market place. In 2006 there were only 3 sales in the building not including the managers apartment. The average price of these sales was $480,000 whilst in 2007 there were also 3 sales at an average price $532,000. Trafalgar Towers has shown a definite increase in prices again through 2008.
Northcliffe apartments occupies a true CBD location in the what is known as the town core for development purposes. In 2006 there were 5 sales in the complex at an average price of $465,000 with $395,000 being the cheapest and $550,000 the highest. The complex was very tightly held in 2007 with only 2 recorded sales. Apartments on the front of the complex have been particularly tightly held.
